General maintenance would be classed as any day-to-day repairs to the property.

Please note: General household upkeep, such as cleaning the house, gardening, changing lightbulbs, or smoke alarm batteries is down to the tenant. You are also responsible for fixing any damage that you or your visitors do to the property, and for repairing items that you've brought into the home yourself. Please check your Tenancy Agreement for further information on your Tenants Responsibilities.
Emergency repairs are any repairs which are necessary out of our office hours to alleviate, remove or reduce risk to the safety, security or health of a resident, the general public or the property.
