Director
Oliver has been in the property industry for over 20 years covering multiple markets throughout Hampshire. With a commitment to quality and an instinctive understanding of property matters, Oliver is a skilled negotiator and has particular expertise in customer service, passionate about delivering an experience beyond the client's expectations. After starting a career in Sales, Oliver moved into the Lettings market in 2008 finding the fast pace of a growing industry exciting and he has never looked back. Married with a Daughter and son Oliver enjoys spending time with his immediate and extended family, as well as socialising at rugby and cricket with a long lasting, close group of friends.
Joe Cartwright
Lettings Manager
Joe has worked in the lettings industry for over 7 years, dealing with properties and clients across Hampshire and the South Coast throughout that time. Placing a firm focus on communication and customer service for both landlords and tenants, Joe can help with a wide range of subjects including changes in legislation, up to date rental values, and area specific yields. Away from work Joe enjoys playing and watching sport or spending his time with his family and dog.
Morgen Walker
Lettings Negotiator
Morgen has been a valued member of the company for the past two years, demonstrating a strong understanding of our operations and a commitment to further expanding her knowledge. She is known for her polite and helpful nature, always going above and beyond to ensure your move-in process is smooth and stress-free. Outside of work, Morgen enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family, and her two beloved nephews
Katy Foss
Senior Property Manager
Katy has worked for LetCo since 2016 and has over 10 years experience in all aspects of Property Management. She is extremely passionate and has an in-depth knowledge of customer service, legislation and lettings, ensuring her department exceed its clients' expectations at all times. Katy lives with her husband and daughter and enjoys spending her spare time with them as well as her extended family and close friends.
Megan Jones
Property manager
Megan has had over 7 years of experience in the industry, which includes a range of roles from producing high- quality inventories, checkouts and inspection reports, right through to managing a portfolio from Winchester to Brighton. She has an excellent eye for detail which ensures that any issues are highlighted and dealt with efficiently. Megan has been with LetCo for 4 years and has a built a good relationship with both landlords and tenants during this time. Megan loves a weekend in with her 2 bulldogs and watching a good TV show.
