Oliver has been in the property industry for over 18 years covering multiple markets throughout Hampshire. With a commitment to quality and an instinctive understanding of property matters, Oliver is a skilled negotiator and has particular expertise in customer service, passionate about delivering an experience beyond the client's expectations. After starting a career in Sales, Oliver moved into the Lettings market in 2008 finding the fast pace of a growing industry exciting and he has never looked back. Married with a Daughter and son Oliver enjoys spending time with his immediate and extended family, as well as socialising at the rugby and cricket with a long lasting, close group of friends.

Finance and Operations Director

Janine is a vital part of the LetCo team and offers our landlords and tenants a personal financial experience. She is a driven, commercially aware Accountant with over 16 years in the business. Janine offers insight, advice and understanding on all finance and operational matters. Janine has been with LetCo for over 4 years and has witnessed the growth of the brand first hand. When not at work she enjoys going to the gym, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Adam Pullinger

Lettings Valuation Manager

Adam brings over 10 years of property experience within many factors of the industry. He has been with LetCo for 3 years and has been able to put his knowledge in to Property Management, Inventories, Checkouts and mid-term inspections. Most recently, he has become the point of contact for all new and existing Landlords and has proven that LetCo are the right company for them by securing new tenancies quickly and efficiently whilst keeping Landlords up to date with the latest legislation. He has a very friendly approach to all Landlords and Tenants always ensuring he goes above and beyond when necessary to make sure you receive the best possible service. In his spare time, he enjoys relaxing and catching up with friends or losing himself to a good box set.

Senior Lettings Negotiator

Megan has been in the property industry for over 10 years – having worked within sales, lettings and property management her passion is finding people new homes, assisting wherever possible and making the whole process seamless. With various estate agency based qualifications Megan ensures everything is carried out by the book. Outside of work she enjoys scenic walks, going to the gym and socialising with friends.

Denis Popa

Denis Popa

Senior Lettings Negotiator

Denis is the latest joining member of the team at LetCo, joining as a Senior Lettings Negotiator after working at a high-end letting agency in Portsmouth area. He now manages the sales cycle and helps to maintain a great relationship with both our landlords and tenants. Denis comes from an international background, working within the real estate field for several years in Asia & the UK. Denis has a passion for travel, visited over 30 countries (and counting), and to this day is what he enjoys the most with his son and wife on board.

Katy Foss

Senior Property Manager

Katy has worked for LetCo since 2017 and has over 7 years experience in all aspects of Lettings and Property Management. Prior to LetCo, Katy worked for a corporate letting agent in Southampton looking after a team of 10 Property Managers and Inspectors. She is extremely passionate and has an in-depth knowledge of customer service, legislation and lettings, ensuring her department exceed their clients' expectations at all times. Katy lives in Eastleigh and is newly wed to Chris. They got married on the beautiful white wash island of Santorini. A keen traveller, Katy’s dream for the future is to tour Australia and America.

Sue Stewart

Property Manager

Sue has been in the Industry since 1995, she worked for an Independent Estate Agents based in Surrey for 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge in both Sales and lettings, where she progressed her way to Manager, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and care when dealing with all her customers. Sue relocated to Hampshire and joined LetCo in December 2017 and continues to deliver the highest standard to our clients. Outside of works Sue has three children and a grandchild she loves interior design, travelling and relaxing.

Cheryl Spearman (MARLA) 

Lettings Coordinator

With 23 years of experience in the property industry and an ARLA qualification under her belt Cheryl has a truly priceless amount of knowledge when it comes to residential lettings. There really isn’t much that Cheryl hasn’t seen over the years! She has a keen eye for detail and offers fantastic advice to clients in all situations. Her ability to build long term relationships with a mutual trust and respect allows her to guide clients through what can be a daunting lettings process with ease. Cheryl is a mother of three and outside of work likes nothing more than relaxing with the family.

Kelly Sainsbury

Renewals Coordinator

Kelly is the longest serving member of the team at LetCo. Joining in September 2014 as Property Manager / Administrator after working at a high-end letting agency in Winchester. Kelly now manages the tenancy renewals and helps in all departments when needed making her a valued member of the team. Kelly is mum to an 8 year old boy Charlie, who is a keen footballer training with the Saints academy so when not at football Kelly enjoys seeing family, friends and cooking.

Robert Allen

In House Maintenance Engineer

Rob has 15 years of experience with in the maintenance field. He joined LetCo in February 2018 as the in house maintenance engineer. Rob is popular with both our landlords and tenants, they love the fact Rob is on hand to help when needed at the drop of a hat, especially for the everyday maintenance issues. Rob has enjoyed living in and renovating properties over the last 20 years although he sometimes feels like it’s a busman’s holiday.

Property manager/Property Inspection Specialist

Megan is the youngest member of our team at 22 years old and has had over 4 years’ experience in producing high quality inventories, checkouts and inspection reports. She was previously a self-employed inspection clerk who had worked with a wide range of agents, landlords and tenants so is very knowledgeable within the industry. She has an excellent eye for detail which ensures that any issues are highlighted and dealt with efficiently which has helped her to develop and expand her knowledge in property management when dealing with all aspects of landlord and tenant queries. Megan has recently just brought her first property.
