First Assist landlord services
Letco offers a unique “First Assist” service to our clients.
At LetCo we cover all of our property management, finance and in-house maintenance in one location providing you with a single point of contact to ensure a streamlined, efficient and convenient service.
This service is designed to save time and money when a maintenance emergency occurs. Rob Allen is LetCo’s in house maintenance engineer with over 16 years of experience within the maintenance field. Rob will visit the property as part of the “First Assist” service to diagnose the issues at hand, provide quotes and/or assist in establishing the correct contractor to attend.
This service will stop the delay in busy third party contractors attending the emergency, stopping their high cost of attending and diagnostics. Rob’s ability to be available at speed helps keep your tenants happy and your property from further damage caused by leaks or other emergencies. This service has a proven record of helping longevity in Tenants staying in your property.
Day Rate Services
With the growing demand for high-quality rental property from Tenants and new legislation focusing on making sure Tenants are treated fairly. We have decided to offer a Day Rate for painting and decorating / maintenance, at your property. For only £285.00 +VAT, Rob will be available all day to keep your property looking fresh and up to standard to ensure the highest rental.
This is another service that is helping LetCo’s high standard of Tenants to make the decision to renew their tenancy and stay for longer periods of time providing security for both yourself and your Tenants. This service is available for mid-tenancy or end of tenancy refurbishment.
