Adam brings over 10 years of property experience within many factors of the industry. He has been with LetCo for over 4 years and has been able to put his knowledge into Lettings, Property Management, Inventories, Checkouts and mid-term inspections.
What will happen during my appointment?
During your free rental property valuation Adam will talk you through the costs involved in letting your property, the local market conditions and what you could achieve in rent. He will take you step-by-step through your options when letting through LetCo.
As part of our unique offering to you as a Landlord, we have in-house property managers with combined lettings experience of over 40 years and 20 years as property managers.
We are based in one location, making it easy for you as a landlord to have continued, reliable contact. If you need advice and support on all property maintenance matters, we will do everything to help.
She's taken us on lots of viewings, always arranging them promptly and accommodating the times we needed.
